Be used to + noun/-ing
Be Used to — быть привыкшим к чему-то, привыкнуть
После be used to применяются только:
— be used to + существительное
They were used to this country.
— be used to + местоимение
I am used to it.
— be used to + герундий (ing)
I am used to traveling without luggage.
Конструкция может быть использована не только в настоящем времени, но так же в прошлом и будущем.
I’ve lived in Thailand for three years and I’m used to hot weather.
When I met him I was used to living alone and I didn’t want any flat mates.
I’m new in this town, but in a year I will be used to this place.
